Accounts must be created by an adult (18+). Teachers and directors represent that they are authorized by their school or organization to create classes and invite students, and that they have any consents required to do so. Students may use the Service only through a class set up by their teacher, or through an account created for them by a parent/guardian.
Honor Choir Academy provides ear-training and tonal-memory practice tools, progress tracking, class management, and related content. We may update, add, or remove features over time.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at [email protected].
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity; no attempts to access other users' accounts or data; no interference with or reverse engineering of the Service; and no uploading of content you do not have the right to use. Student usernames must not contain offensive or personally sensitive information.
The Service, including its exercises, curriculum, sounds, and design, is owned by Honor Choir Academy, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Colby Hawkins and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended educational purpose while your account is in good standing. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the content.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scoring is perfectly accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honor Choir Academy, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Colby Hawkins will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk for the Service or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice within the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
